Cancer is one of the most important public health problems in China. Our lab is interested on understanding genetic alterations and epigenetic aberration of cancer initiation, metastasis through integrated studies of genomic studies of human cancer and new mouse models of cancers. Our research involves in multidiscipline including molecular biology, pathology, next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology, in vivo imaging and nanotechnology. The Lab is also expanding its efforts to precision therapies against cancer through collaboration with several groups in High Magnetic Field Laboratory (HMFL), Chinese Academy of Sciences. The long-term goal of our studies is to develop new diagnostic methods and to discover novel therapeutic strategies for precision cancer care.
